Evan has extensive experience in tax credit incentive programs.  A strong problem solver, he has the ability to look at issues from different angles. Evan is passionate about engaging with U.S. businesses of every size, learning their industries, and helping them improve their bottom line.

Evan has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

While a native of the north, Evan enjoys warmer climates and pruning his bonsai tree.
